Can costume jewelry cause allergic reactions?

Our jewelry is made with high-quality materials. Most of our products are hypoallergenic and nickel-free to minimize the risk of allergic reactions. To preserve the beauty of your costume jewelry:

  • Protect your jewelry from moisture. Avoid any contact with water; for example, remove your jewelry before bathing, showering, or washing your hands. Moisture can cause metal to oxidize or create stains.
  • Avoid chemicals, especially hand creams but also perfumes and other cosmetics.
  • Regularly clean your jewelry with a soft, dry cloth to remove makeup residue or sweat acidity.
  • Remove your jewelry before going to bed.
  • Avoid contact with sweat; for example, remove your jewelry before exercising.
  • To avoid damage, store your jewelry separately. Do not stack or layer pieces. Keep each item in a clear zip-top bag, a jewelry pouch, or a compartmentalized jewelry box. Store them in a dry place away from moisture, heat, and light.

I entered the wrong address — what should I do?

Do you offer international shipping?

At the moment, we offer shipping to Canada and the United States. For shipping outside of these two countries, please email us at info@sandyk.ca. Shipping fees and delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can modify or cancel your order if we have not yet processed and shipped it. However, once your order has been confirmed and processed, we cannot modify or cancel it. Can I return or exchange a product if I am not satisfied?

Do you offer customization options for jewelry?
